Aurea Receives TSXV Acceptance

Vancouver, BC: Aurea Mining Inc. ("Aurea" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's listing application has been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange ("the Exchange").

Acceptance by the Exchange is conditional on the filing by the Company of documents pursuant to Exchange Policy 2.3, and by the completion of independent background searches on some of the Directors and Management members.

Aurea's Board of Directors includes Enrique R Miranda-Paz, Joe Fodor, Ken Thorsen and Klaus Zeitler. Aurea's management includes Enrique R Miranda-Paz, Dr. David Euresti, Alfonso Martínez-Vera, Gillian Kearvell and Salvador Miranda. The team is composed of former members of Miranda Mining Corporation and Teck Exploration who together were involved in developing the Guerrero Gold Belt through the discovery of the Nukay, Los Filos and El Limon-Los Guajes gold deposits and the Ana Paula exploration project. These gold properties are presently managed by Goldcorp and the Goldcorp Teck-Cominco joint venture. Aurea ́s management and directors have significant experience with the exploration of the Guerrero Gold Belt, with Canadian capital markets and Mexican business.
