Aurea files Preliminary Prospectus

Vancouver, BC.: Aurea Mining Inc. ("Aurea" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed a non-offering preliminary prospectus with the British Columbia Securities Commission, as part of the process to reactivate the trading of the Company's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Upon the filing of this prospectus, the Company has also filed an application for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange in order to provide additional liquidity to it shareholders.

Aurea is a company focused on mineral exploration in the Guerrero Gold Belt, Guerrero State, México, where it controls 100% of approximately 80,000 hectares of contiguous mineral claims.
